At its emergency meeting of Monday, 30th January, 2023, the Council resolved to adopt the recommendations of NIESV Investigative Panel which found the under-listed members of the Institution guilty; and in consideration of the fact that their actions constitute indiscipline and professional misconduct, they are by the provisions of Article 22.5.2 (c) of the Constitution of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers 2021, expelled from the Institution with effect from 31st January, 2023.
